Renovated and brought back to life with great care and personality, the villa wears its history in its original terrazzo floors and thick stone walls. Every room tells a story, featuring beautiful rugs, art sourced from artists and markets across Europe, Africa an Asia, and oak parquet hallway salvaged from a British schoolhouse. Three bedrooms, all with king-sized beds. The main bedroom with beautiful valley views, the sunny Yellow Room with its quiet charm, and the Pink Room (a unique mauve born from a creative cement dye experiment) - sleep up to six guests in complete comfort.

 

The home’s soul is found in its details: two wood‑burning fireplaces that warm the evenings, a pergola draped in Muscat vines for long lunches, and a BBQ built into the kitchen fireplace. Beyond the gate, Italy’s finest wine country starts almost immediately - with world‑class Nebbiolo, Barbera, and traditional‑method sparkling wines minutes away. In autumn, nearby towns are filled with the scent of porcini and the celebrated white truffles of Piemonte, a seasonal rhythm that shapes the region’s cooking. The Ligurian coast is also close enough for a morning escape to enjoy fritto misto on the beach.
